Company 888 --I actually bought these shoes for my mother. She had been searching for quite some time for extraaaaa wideeee shoes. Like most women who have aged gracefully, she has foot problems that require more width than length. This is the only shoe that we could find that has the needed length and it was available in the color she wanted. We actually tried & returned another pair of shoes from and can attest to their return policy & excellent customer service. Thanks for a great shopping experience!
Company 9504 -- Love them, great shoes, fit, look - I almost returned the shoes because I got additional inserts, and missed discovering the basic three inserts. They were too tight with out the additional inserts. Then I finally discovered the basic three inserts, adjusted each foot, and am perfectly satisfied. P.S. Moderate arch support is PERFECT for me, exactly what I need.
Company 708 -- Not bad - I bought a 6E and it felt comfortable. I think the arch support insoles could be better quality, but the shoes are roomy enough for my custom arch supports. The shoe itself isn't the best looking. The lycra material on the top of the foot section do give the shoe an orthotic look, but I consider that an even trade for the comfort. I just received the shoes, so I can't comment yet on how well they will hold up.

What width & size are you?
The general rule is that standard Men's width is D. For Women, the standard width is B. If most of the shoes you have purchased in the past have a comfortable width then go with the default.
If the shoes you are wearing feel overly wide, you should consider selecting a narrower width size. Shop For Narrow Shoes.

If your feet seem "between" sizes and you cannot decide which size to select, we suggest you choose the larger size. You can make adjustments for a better fit with socks, insoles, or a different lacing pattern.
Try shoes on later in the day when your feet are at their largest.
Sizing Tips
The heel should not slip, the midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight; and you should have enough room in the toe area to wiggle your toes.
Women's feet often become a half-size (or more) larger after pregnancy.
Feet typically get bigger with age. People are more than twice as likely to buy a shoe that is too small than too big.
Boots are often worn with bulky socks, while sandals are hopefully not. Sizing may be affected with how much extra padding you have.
Heat makes your feet swell and cold may shrink them. Think about temperature when choosing sizes.
Fully utilize a the return policy by ordering multiple sizes, then keep what fits best and return the rest.
