My husband wears a size 15 or 16 3E and it is impossible to find shoes for him that fit. Usually he has to settle for whatever is close to fitting or we have to save up to pay and arm and a leg. guess he would only need one shoe then though!) Anyway your boots fit him perfect and he is so happy......definitely recommend!
Caterpillar Hydraulic Steel Toe They are a great work shoe! The soles should be a little more low profile. My ankles are a little weak from sprains in my life and they do turn at times on rough terrain. I must lace them tight to have better ankle support. Probably best on smooth surfaces.
Caterpillar Tryon Steel Toe Best Shoe Ever - I usually wear Rockport’s but because of needing size 13 I was shopping for any brand that could fit my foot size. I was just lucky to purchase the Caterpillar boot. The most comfortable fit I have had in a long time. I hope to comment next time on how durable the boots are as I plan to wear them for a long time.

What width & size are you?
The general rule is that standard Men's width is D. For Women, the standard width is B. If most of the shoes you have purchased in the past have a comfortable width then go with the default.
If the shoes you are wearing feel overly wide, you should consider selecting a narrower width size. Shop For Narrow Shoes.

If your feet seem "between" sizes and you cannot decide which size to select, we suggest you choose the larger size. You can make adjustments for a better fit with socks, insoles, or a different lacing pattern.
Try shoes on later in the day when your feet are at their largest.
Sizing Tips
The heel should not slip, the midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight; and you should have enough room in the toe area to wiggle your toes.
Women's feet often become a half-size (or more) larger after pregnancy.

Boots are often worn with bulky socks, while sandals are hopefully not. Sizing may be affected with how much extra padding you have.
Heat makes your feet swell and cold may shrink them. Think about temperature when choosing sizes.
