Caldwell performs superbly - Excellent value and easily conforms to foot. I would recommend this shoe for anyone wanting to run with the big dogs, but not able to drop this much per pair.
These are a great compromise between style and comfort. I've owned many pairs of the Nike Air Cole Haans and these are terrific - stylish and comfortable. They are not as comfortable as many of the comfort brands such as Mephisto and Ecco, but they are much better looking. They are not as good looking as some of the fashion brands such as To Boot, but they are much more comfortable. They truly are a great compromise between comfort and style. When you consider what you are getting for the price, these shoes are nearly perfect. Look great with cool jeans and a sport coat, as well as dress pants. Go for a pair. You won't be disappointed.
Sturdy, but takes time to break in - Nice looking shoe, it did take me longer to break in than I expected (still breaking in, have worn about 10 times). I’m hopeful that this means that it will retain its shape longer than most slip ons.

What width & size are you?
The general rule is that standard Men's width is D. For Women, the standard width is B. If most of the shoes you have purchased in the past have a comfortable width then go with the default.
If the shoes you are wearing feel overly wide, you should consider selecting a narrower width size. Shop For Narrow Shoes.

If your feet seem "between" sizes and you cannot decide which size to select, we suggest you choose the larger size. You can make adjustments for a better fit with socks, insoles, or a different lacing pattern.
Try shoes on later in the day when your feet are at their largest.
Sizing Tips
The heel should not slip, the midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight; and you should have enough room in the toe area to wiggle your toes.
Women's feet often become a half-size (or more) larger after pregnancy.
Feet typically get bigger with age. People are more than twice as likely to buy a shoe that is too small than too big.
Boots are often worn with bulky socks, while sandals are hopefully not. Sizing may be affected with how much extra padding you have.
Heat makes your feet swell and cold may shrink them. Think about temperature when choosing sizes.
Fully utilize a the return policy by ordering multiple sizes, then keep what fits best and return the rest.
