Cynthia Rowley Sorvino Favorite Shoe in my Closet - I don't usually spend this much on shoes, but this one is well worth it. SO comfortable for a heel, elegant, sexy and all around awesome. And I'm a shoe girl, so this means a lot. I wear these with dresses, or with my nicer jeans on a Saturday night out. And I can wear them for hours. What width & size are you?
The general rule is that standard Men's width is D. For Women, the standard width is B. If most of the shoes you have purchased in the past have a comfortable width then go with the default.
If the shoes you are wearing feel overly wide, you should consider selecting a narrower width size. Shop For Narrow Shoes.

If your feet seem "between" sizes and you cannot decide which size to select, we suggest you choose the larger size. You can make adjustments for a better fit with socks, insoles, or a different lacing pattern.
Try shoes on later in the day when your feet are at their largest.
Sizing Tips
The heel should not slip, the midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight; and you should have enough room in the toe area to wiggle your toes.
