Dockers Perspective - I don't know a thing about men's shoes, but these are nice! My husband would prefer his hiking shoes or sneakers so I had to find a casual dress shoe that would suit him for an upcoming event. First of all they are really sharp looking and will go perfect with his casual evening attire. Yet they would also be nice with jeans. He says they feel good, but he is a man of few words, so I will take his lack of words as a very positive sign.
Dockers Gordon - Good shoe for everyday wear - This shoe has a great look and feel for everyday wear to the business casual office. Very comfortable right out of the box with little break in needed. The shoe does feel a size smaller than marked, so be careful when ordering. I ordered my normal size and couldn't walk around the living room. The return was easy and I got a new pair one size larger and they are very comfortable.
Dockers Bishop - Never Thought You Could Buy Shoes Anyway But In Person... After searching in vain through countless retail stores, my wife convinced me to try Zappos.com. No two shoe brands seem to be the same in sizing, so I ordered to medium size I wear, and when the arrived, they fit! The shoes were a little tight across the top of the toes the first couple of times I wore them, but they've conformed since then. The cushioning isn't as good as the manufacturer claims, so they're not the best choice for long periods of standing or walking, but they are a smart looking, all-day wear shoe.

What width & size are you?
The general rule is that standard Men's width is D. For Women, the standard width is B. If most of the shoes you have purchased in the past have a comfortable width then go with the default.
If the shoes you are wearing feel overly wide, you should consider selecting a narrower width size. Shop For Narrow Shoes.

If your feet seem "between" sizes and you cannot decide which size to select, we suggest you choose the larger size. You can make adjustments for a better fit with socks, insoles, or a different lacing pattern.
Try shoes on later in the day when your feet are at their largest.
Sizing Tips
The heel should not slip, the midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight; and you should have enough room in the toe area to wiggle your toes.
Women's feet often become a half-size (or more) larger after pregnancy.
Feet typically get bigger with age. People are more than twice as likely to buy a shoe that is too small than too big.
Boots are often worn with bulky socks, while sandals are hopefully not. Sizing may be affected with how much extra padding you have.
Heat makes your feet swell and cold may shrink them. Think about temperature when choosing sizes.
Fully utilize a the return policy by ordering multiple sizes, then keep what fits best and return the rest.
