Geox U Reason 2 - Good, Basic, Casual Trainer - This shoe is comfortable. It’s designed to "breathe" and you can actually feel the wind through the shoes when you walk outside. Nice in the summer, but not sure how this will work in the winter. I did get them wet, and true to their claim, the water did not seep through the breathable layer. Craftsmanship is not perfect, but good at this price point.
Beautiful light-weight shoe - This is beautiful light-weight shoe for casual wear. I would not use it for athletics as it lacks enough ankle support. It is marked "European 40 = US 6, but like most European 40s, it is more like a US 6.5, which is what I expected in ordering a 40.
Geox U Snake - Nice looks; "breathes" = marketing BS - Pros: - Looks nice and trendy - Very light and thin (almost too thin) - Actually bendable sole, unlike a lot of other trendy "urban snickers" that feel like they are attached to a plywood board. Cons: - "Breathes" is just a clever marketing; as somebody living in Houston, TX I consider myself well qualified to report on the subject. You get more "breathes" through the very thin top/mesh and nothing noticeable through the sole. Buy those shoes if you find them attractive, disregard “breathes” marketing ploy.

What width & size are you?
The general rule is that standard Men's width is D. For Women, the standard width is B. If most of the shoes you have purchased in the past have a comfortable width then go with the default.
If the shoes you are wearing feel overly wide, you should consider selecting a narrower width size. Shop For Narrow Shoes.
If the shoes you wear tend to feel narrow, then you should consider selecting a wider width size. Shop For Wide Shoes
If your feet seem "between" sizes and you cannot decide which size to select, we suggest you choose the larger size. You can make adjustments for a better fit with socks, insoles, or a different lacing pattern.
Try shoes on later in the day when your feet are at their largest.
Sizing Tips
The heel should not slip, the midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight; and you should have enough room in the toe area to wiggle your toes.
Women's feet often become a half-size (or more) larger after pregnancy.
Feet typically get bigger with age. People are more than twice as likely to buy a shoe that is too small than too big.
Boots are often worn with bulky socks, while sandals are hopefully not. Sizing may be affected with how much extra padding you have.
Heat makes your feet swell and cold may shrink them. Think about temperature when choosing sizes.
Fully utilize a the return policy by ordering multiple sizes, then keep what fits best and return the rest.
