Great boots! These boots were bought for a show. They look great on stage. The actor reports they were comfortable from the first time he put them on. Only problem is the orange center on the sole, which we had to paint black and because of the oil-resistance of the material it's made of, the painting was only partially successful.
Just like the Dingo's of the 70"s - I had been looking for this style of boot for months. Wanted the square toe for Harley rides and found it here. The boots were a little tight at first (as they should be) but after 1 hour of wear per day for 4 days, they fit like a glove. Felt a like they were made just for my feet. Slipped on my heel when I walked at first, but stopped after I wore them a couple of times. Spent all day in them on the third time I wore them with no pain.
A Great First Boot for Work or Riding. If you have never had a real pair of riding or work boots, the Faded Glory is a great start. They wear well even under the worst conditions. When rain soaked them and I walked all day in dirt and stones I wiped them off -- dabbed on polish and was ready for the night. These boots feel like you can walk into or on anything and stay upright! I would add a SOF sole foam insert for cushioning (not gel!) especially if you walk on cement floors. I also have the steel toe version and both get compliments from girls and they even inspire the guys. Plus, the waffle sole/heel design gives you traction on wet or oily surfaces -- great if you ride.

What width & size are you?
The general rule is that standard Men's width is D. For Women, the standard width is B. If most of the shoes you have purchased in the past have a comfortable width then go with the default.

If your feet seem "between" sizes and you cannot decide which size to select, we suggest you choose the larger size. You can make adjustments for a better fit with socks, insoles, or a different lacing pattern.
Try shoes on later in the day when your feet are at their largest.
Sizing Tips
The heel should not slip, the midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight; and you should have enough room in the toe area to wiggle your toes.
Women's feet often become a half-size (or more) larger after pregnancy.
Feet typically get bigger with age. People are more than twice as likely to buy a shoe that is too small than too big.
Boots are often worn with bulky socks, while sandals are hopefully not. Sizing may be affected with how much extra padding you have.
Heat makes your feet swell and cold may shrink them. Think about temperature when choosing sizes.
Fully utilize a the return policy by ordering multiple sizes, then keep what fits best and return the rest.
