BOSS Hugo Boss Oscar - First Class for the Streets - This shoe is very comfortable and durable. With the slip on feature of this shoe, it's an ease to slip in and out of. We'll see how long the elasticity of the band endures for. At $125.00, some may prefer to go with a cheaper price, such as the Diesel brand. I have had several pairs of Diesels as well, but the toe of those shoes seem to always "unglue" itself. I don't see that at a potential problem with this shoe. Plus, comfort of the Boss brand is unbeatable. I currently have three different pairs and my satisfaction has been met.
BOSS Hugo Boss 10720 - Hugo Boss's 10720 - Great looking shoe, and comfortable . . . if you only walk from your car to your office. The comfort leaves something to be desired, something that may be capable of modification with a sole insert. I have not yet put one in also got the slip on which is a great looking shoe as well.
Way cool flip - Of the 60-plus pair of flips I own, the Hugos are in my top five faves. I've been in them pretty much non-stop since I received them. The strap is much thinner than the clunky array of men's flips and the sole profile is that of the foot - no bigger than necessary. I will be reordering a few more pairs to ensure that I won't run out.

What width & size are you?
The general rule is that standard Men's width is D. For Women, the standard width is B. If most of the shoes you have purchased in the past have a comfortable width then go with the default.
If the shoes you are wearing feel overly wide, you should consider selecting a narrower width size. Shop For Narrow Shoes.

If your feet seem "between" sizes and you cannot decide which size to select, we suggest you choose the larger size. You can make adjustments for a better fit with socks, insoles, or a different lacing pattern.
Try shoes on later in the day when your feet are at their largest.
Sizing Tips
The heel should not slip, the midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight; and you should have enough room in the toe area to wiggle your toes.
Women's feet often become a half-size (or more) larger after pregnancy.
Feet typically get bigger with age. People are more than twice as likely to buy a shoe that is too small than too big.
Boots are often worn with bulky socks, while sandals are hopefully not. Sizing may be affected with how much extra padding you have.
Heat makes your feet swell and cold may shrink them. Think about temperature when choosing sizes.
Fully utilize a the return policy by ordering multiple sizes, then keep what fits best and return the rest.
