Lotto Sport Italia was established in 1973 by the Caberlotto family in Montebelluna, northern Italy, the world centre of footwear manufacturing. Mom of a 12 yr old - I purchased this shoe as a start up shoe for my son to play soccer at his Middle School. They are perfect for the beginner in our case as they are lightweight, fit well, and true to size. I did contemplate purchasing a recommended Adidas shoe for 10 dollars more in a leather upper, however, these fit the bill just fine. They look terrific and my son was very pleased with comfort and look.
A must for any serious player - First of all, the comfort! When I first laced them up, it felt like my feet had just got done with a massage. The k-leather really makes the difference, and no calf leather or synthetic can compete, even the stuff they use for the Nike vapors. The heel counter is extremely comfortable, and is much better than any other that I’ve worn. The power I get from these isn't quite as strong as synthetics, but the touch and comfort more than make up for it. If you live and breathe football, these are the boots for you.
