Matisse's Sutter clogs are the best shoes I have purhased in a long time! They have been comfortable since the day I got them. They do keep your feet a bit warm, so if you like toasty feet, then these are the perfect clogs for you.
Wow! Matisse does it again... Love, love, love these shoes! As other happy customers have stated, the heel comfortably accommodates a slim heel, but the toe box has more than ample room for a pointy (but stylish) shoe. These shoes are soft and supple right from the box and fit my feet perfectly; true to size. On a pleasantly surprising note, the color of the leather is a tiny bit darker than portrayed online, which is good. I routinely go without trouser socks or stockings so the soft lining is a bonus. Another nicely done shoe from Matisse!
Comfort and class - I just bought these shoes in black from a little boutique (paid the same price). They are VERY stylish. I've had a terrible time finding shoes that fit my wide in the front narrow in the back feet. These fit perfectly and don't hurt my feet. The toes do point slightly upward, which makes them look very European. Love these shoes. I normally wear a 7-1/2 wide, but the 8 regular in these fit well.

What width & size are you?
The general rule is that standard Men's width is D. For Women, the standard width is B. If most of the shoes you have purchased in the past have a comfortable width then go with the default.
If the shoes you are wearing feel overly wide, you should consider selecting a narrower width size. Shop For Narrow Shoes.
If the shoes you wear tend to feel narrow, then you should consider selecting a wider width size. Shop For Wide Shoes
If your feet seem "between" sizes and you cannot decide which size to select, we suggest you choose the larger size. You can make adjustments for a better fit with socks, insoles, or a different lacing pattern.
Try shoes on later in the day when your feet are at their largest.
Sizing Tips
The heel should not slip, the midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight; and you should have enough room in the toe area to wiggle your toes.
Women's feet often become a half-size (or more) larger after pregnancy.
Feet typically get bigger with age. People are more than twice as likely to buy a shoe that is too small than too big.
Boots are often worn with bulky socks, while sandals are hopefully not. Sizing may be affected with how much extra padding you have.
Heat makes your feet swell and cold may shrink them. Think about temperature when choosing sizes.
Fully utilize a the return policy by ordering multiple sizes, then keep what fits best and return the rest.
