Nice but not holding up as I'd expected - I'm not a professional/nurse but bought these because I'm recovering PF and figured a shoe designed for somebody who's on their feet all day would be a good bet. They look like a casual/outdoorsy type of style and I wear them with jeans/khaki denim. Nobody can tell they're "uniform" shoes. My only complaint is that after only a month of wearing, they have really broken in. The support is OK, but the uppers have stretched out of shape/loosened to the point where they're slipping with lightweight socks and I am concerned they won't last a season (much less several seasons, like the Eastland shoes they replaced). I am contemplating returning the 2nd pair that I ordered for this reason, but have been unable to find one that fits as comfortably.
Really Nice Comfy Shoe for a Pharmacist - I have been wearing Dansko professional shoes for the past four years, but I decided to try something else. I came across this shoe and went ahead and ordered it to try it out. This shoe is very comfy and fits very nice. I work 10 hour shifts and it keeps me from having tired legs and feet and a sore back just as well as the Dansko shoe did. The sole is a lot softer and the extra padding around the ankle is nice. I'm glad I gave this shoe a try. Not only does it work for my profession, but I like the look a lot better also. This will be my shoe for the next few years at least.
Great work shoe - Spending a lot of time on my feet on concrete floors, this is the shoe to wear. It’s light weight and has nice cushion. I tried a lot of other shoes and was in a lot of foot pain, but these Dove shoes by Nurse Mates, I haven't had pain in my feet at all.
