Cute but annoying - I really like the looks of this shoe but the way that the insert pulls out so easily when I remove my feet from the shoe is really annoying. Sometimes it happens just when I clench my toes while walking. I have really high arches too so the inside of the shoe sometimes folds up underneath my arch. I'm keeping them b/c they're cute but I won't wear them as much as I thought I would.
Cute but a little flimsy - I’ve had lots of compliments and comfort too. Well, they were much more comfortable once all the cardboard was out. I discovered a piece the second day I wore them. Disadvantage: the inner sole comes out and especially at airports it takes quite a bit of time to push it all back to where it’s comfortable.

What width & size are you?
The general rule is that standard Men's width is D. For Women, the standard width is B. If most of the shoes you have purchased in the past have a comfortable width then go with the default.

If your feet seem "between" sizes and you cannot decide which size to select, we suggest you choose the larger size. You can make adjustments for a better fit with socks, insoles, or a different lacing pattern.

Sizing Tips
The heel should not slip, the midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight; and you should have enough room in the toe area to wiggle your toes.
Women's feet often become a half-size (or more) larger after pregnancy.
Feet typically get bigger with age. People are more than twice as likely to buy a shoe that is too small than too big.
Boots are often worn with bulky socks, while sandals are hopefully not. Sizing may be affected with how much extra padding you have.
Heat makes your feet swell and cold may shrink them. Think about temperature when choosing sizes.
