The Saucony story began in 1910 in the town of Cambridge, Massachusetts, when Russian immigrant Abraham Hyde opened a shoe store called A.R. Hyde & Sons. Hyde & Sons began by producing slippers and women’s and children’s street shoes and eventually moved into sport-specific footwear. In 1968, Hyde acquired the Saucony Shoe Manufacturing Company of Kutztown, Pennsylvania. Saucony was largely a well-kept secret among a small amount of distance runners, until 1977 when the company received a prestigious award from an American magazine. What width & size are you?
The general rule is that standard Men's width is D. For Women, the standard width is B. If most of the shoes you have purchased in the past have a comfortable width then go with the default.
