Seychelles - Shop Online
Seychelles started on the beaches of Venice, California in 1984. In 1999, a new Seychelles team was formed. In search of a deeper meaning, they questioned everything, including "does anyone really need another shoe brand?" So they hit the streets for months to find the answers... and we were blown away with what was happening! Seychelles saw that there was a significant shift in the way girls thought, acted and lived. The way they dressed reflected this new way of life. Vintage and boutique shopping was taking off. Girls with incredible personal style were void of a special shoe brand in the market; a brand that was unique and ahead of fashion. The mindset of the hippest fashion crowd had changed drastically, leaving behind the last generation's need to fit in, to now leading the new wave of "I will stand out". This movement became the basis for their whole company. To describe this phenomena we coined the phrase "The Independent Edge"; embodying the spirit that girls can be anything they want to be - and they can do it on their own terms. To be an integral part of the "Independent Edge" movement meant, Seychelles had to know this girl and become part of her life; who she is, what she likes, where she shops, and what inspires her. Living the "Independent Edge", today's Seychelles was born. Since most girls can't make their own shoes, they set out with a lofty goal - " To give her what she wants if she only knew she could have it." Their mission statement... "To personify the Independent Edge while fulfilling your desires beyond what you dream and expect"
Really Comfortable - These shoes are really comfortable and are so versatile - dress up or dress down. The only problem I have with them is the suede heel. I would like to wear them everyday but the suede is not wearing so well for everyday wear. They are great and I love them. They are a high heel and don't feel like it.
Great shoe...even for a wide - I'm loving this shoe. I have a really tough time finding shoes with my bunions. Heels are usually the worst because they put so much pressure on my bunions and big toes. If you have that problem too, wedge heels are the way to go! This shoe gives me the height I want, it's by no means a grandma shoe, I don't have to hem my new Ann Taylor dress pants (!) and they don't feel at all like you're wearing a heel. They feel kind of like a dress-up version of my usual Dansko clogs, which are fine for jeans but not for dress pants. So far, though, I'm digging them barefoot as all my socks make them slippery inside and I'm afraid they'll fly off as I walk. I wear an 8.5W and that's what fit. Some people said they ran small, but I didn't find that. I ordered the suede, though, so maybe it has more give than the leather. Sometimes I go up a size in a heel, but I didn't need to with this shoe.
Cute shoe!! I ordered a half size smaller, and the shoe fit. Bought this shoe in two colors & love both. Only thing weird with this shoe is the noise it makes when you walk. Oh well!

What width & size are you?
The general rule is that standard Men's width is D. For Women, the standard width is B. If most of the shoes you have purchased in the past have a comfortable width then go with the default.
If the shoes you are wearing feel overly wide, you should consider selecting a narrower width size. Shop For Narrow Shoes.
If the shoes you wear tend to feel narrow, then you should consider selecting a wider width size. Shop For Wide Shoes
If your feet seem "between" sizes and you cannot decide which size to select, we suggest you choose the larger size. You can make adjustments for a better fit with socks, insoles, or a different lacing pattern.
Try shoes on later in the day when your feet are at their largest.
Sizing Tips
The heel should not slip, the midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight; and you should have enough room in the toe area to wiggle your toes.
Women's feet often become a half-size (or more) larger after pregnancy.
Feet typically get bigger with age. People are more than twice as likely to buy a shoe that is too small than too big.
Boots are often worn with bulky socks, while sandals are hopefully not. Sizing may be affected with how much extra padding you have.
Heat makes your feet swell and cold may shrink them. Think about temperature when choosing sizes.
Fully utilize a the return policy by ordering multiple sizes, then keep what fits best and return the rest.
