My feet love this shoe. I have osteoarthritis and fallen arches and cute, comfortable shoes are hard to find. The Spira Mia is stable, supportive, lightweight, and make me feel like I am walking on air. I am even able to get by without wearing my custom orthotics. They feel so good, I also bought the taupe colored Mia. My next purchase will be the Spira Fiesta.
Best shoes I've ever owned! I received these shoes as a gift and they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. I have foot problems and my feet usually feel like I'm walking on stones. I can wear these while I'm out all day and my feet actually feel good. I also have wide feet and at first these shoes pinched the bone slightly over my pinkie toe, but it didn't take long for them to stretch out to conform to my foot. Wish the sole had more of a heel look to it like the Spira white tennis shoe, but they still look good. I'd like to see them made in pink, navy, and solid red, too.
Spira - Wearing the Spira is a pleasure. They are light weight, flexible and great looking. They were not as wide as I had hoped, though, so I had to re-order a larger size.

What width & size are you?
The general rule is that standard Men's width is D. For Women, the standard width is B. If most of the shoes you have purchased in the past have a comfortable width then go with the default.
If the shoes you are wearing feel overly wide, you should consider selecting a narrower width size. Shop For Narrow Shoes.

If your feet seem "between" sizes and you cannot decide which size to select, we suggest you choose the larger size. You can make adjustments for a better fit with socks, insoles, or a different lacing pattern.
Try shoes on later in the day when your feet are at their largest.
Sizing Tips
The heel should not slip, the midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight; and you should have enough room in the toe area to wiggle your toes.
Women's feet often become a half-size (or more) larger after pregnancy.
Feet typically get bigger with age. People are more than twice as likely to buy a shoe that is too small than too big.
Boots are often worn with bulky socks, while sandals are hopefully not. Sizing may be affected with how much extra padding you have.
Heat makes your feet swell and cold may shrink them. Think about temperature when choosing sizes.
Fully utilize a the return policy by ordering multiple sizes, then keep what fits best and return the rest.
