Today, the Company’s continually growing Zoo Crew includes original NYC graffiti artists, new and old school skateboarders, as well as talent from the worlds of BMX, motocross, surfing and snowboarding. The product line is still a hybrid of military and urban athletic with ties to hip-hop, punk and heritage displays of city imagery. It began during the 70’s in New York City, there was an allurement amongst a few who funneled their creative energy into a movement known as the “Soul Artists” of Zoo York. Germinating from Riverside Park on the upper west side of Manhattan, this crew built a scene in the north east based on exploring the city with aerosol cans, wheels and the need for freeness in the street. During the 80’s “Zoo York” was purely a phrase repping NYC’s underground what we today have categorized into graffiti, skating, punk, hip hop and their influenced off shoots. Nice-looking shoe! I wanted a shoe that I could wear with slacks AND with casual skirts/dresses. This one was perfect. I wore this shoe for hours when I first put it on...no problem!
like these a lot! Probably best with a thick sock or a half size down. They're kind of chunky and sturdy but the curved sole and detail makes them a little elfin and cute at the same time. Not only will I wear them with regular-length pants, but also ankle-length pants and colored socks.
Great Shoe - Purchased for my trendy adult son who won't be caught in athletic shoes. He reports terrific support, great comfort, and the great look with Dickies or jeans. They fit his high instep - a nice surprise for slip-ons. Very well constructed and sturdy. Excellent value!

What width & size are you?
The general rule is that standard Men's width is D. For Women, the standard width is B. If most of the shoes you have purchased in the past have a comfortable width then go with the default.
If the shoes you are wearing feel overly wide, you should consider selecting a narrower width size. Shop For Narrow Shoes.

If your feet seem "between" sizes and you cannot decide which size to select, we suggest you choose the larger size. You can make adjustments for a better fit with socks, insoles, or a different lacing pattern.
Try shoes on later in the day when your feet are at their largest.
Sizing Tips
The heel should not slip, the midfoot of the shoe under your arch and over the top of your foot should be snug but not tight; and you should have enough room in the toe area to wiggle your toes.
Women's feet often become a half-size (or more) larger after pregnancy.
Feet typically get bigger with age. People are more than twice as likely to buy a shoe that is too small than too big.
Boots are often worn with bulky socks, while sandals are hopefully not. Sizing may be affected with how much extra padding you have.
Heat makes your feet swell and cold may shrink them. Think about temperature when choosing sizes.
Fully utilize a the return policy by ordering multiple sizes, then keep what fits best and return the rest.
