I love these boots - I bought these at a store in Florence, Italy and was surprised to see them here. They are so cute. I love them. The rubber soles make them more comfortable, considering the high heel height.
Angeli Inquieti Perforated HH Pump - This is a stunning shoe--beautifully detailed, well-crafted, and unique. The leather is soft, and the "antiqued" finish gives the color great depth without looking all beat-up. The color is just right for summer, and these look fabulous with capri pants. Pricier than most of the shoes in my collection, but considering how well-made and one-of-a-kind they are, I think they're worth every penny. A note about sizing: these run at least a half size small. I wear an 8.5-9 US, but ended up with a 39.5 (US 9.5, according to the manufacturer) in this shoe. I have enough room in the 39.5 to put in a cushion for the ball of my foot, which makes these extra comfy.
You have to get these awesome boots! They are so gorgeous! The leather is like butter, the upper part of the boot is soft and not stiff at all so when you wear it. It compliments your ankle and "rests" against your leg very nicely. I'm wearing them as I write this. The price is a little steep, true, but they are worth it! They are so well made. I wear a size 8.5 but I knew from previous Italian shoes I have bought, I should go bigger. I'm glad I did, because they are very narrow. I have some wiggle room in my toe area but they are tight at the ball of my feet and across the top. I know that they will stretch nicely and am not too worried about it. These babies are worth it. Get them.

What width & size are you?
The general rule is that standard Men's width is D. For Women, the standard width is B. If most of the shoes you have purchased in the past have a comfortable width then go with the default.
